Return Policy

Return Period

 

 

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations for online purchases.

 

For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described products, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within the applicable statutory period, and we will follow UAE consumer rights obligations.

 


Eligibility for Returns

 

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received.
As we specialise in pre-owned golf equipment, natural signs of minor cosmetic wear will be stated in the product description. Returns will not be accepted for conditions already described or photographed at the time of purchase.

 


Return Shipping Costs

 

 

We will arrange collection for any returns but the costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

 

  • the item arrives faulty,

 

  • the item received is incorrect, or

 

  • the item is not as described.

 

In these cases, we will cover the full return shipping cost.


How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will organise a collection date with yourselves.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

 

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution in line with UAE consumer law.

 


Exchanges

 

 

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.


 

Refunds

 

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

 

 

Please note: Banks and card issuers in the UAE may take additional time to process the refund.

 

 

We reserve the right to apply a partial refund if the returned item shows signs of use or damage beyond the condition stated at the time of purchase.

 


Amendments

 

 

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically.
