This website is operated by NEXT2NEWGOLF (“we”, “us”, “our”).

 

We sell pre-owned golf clubs and related golf products via this website to customers in the United Arab Emirates.

 

By using this website and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


2. Using Our Website

 

  • You must be 18+ or the legal age of majority in your country/emirate to place an order.

 

  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to disrupt the site (e.g. hacking, spreading viruses, etc.).


 

3. Our Products (Second-Hand Golf Clubs)

 

  • Our items are pre-owned. We grade and describe condition as accurately as we reasonably can.

 

  • Product photos and descriptions are for guidance, minor variations in colour or wear can occur.

 

  • Availability of products is not guaranteed. Every products we have is one of one.


 

4. Prices & Payment

 

  • All prices shown are in [AED] and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

 

  • We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

 

  • Payment must be made using the methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.


 

5. Orders & Cancellations

 

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email.

 

  • We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, if the product is unavailable, there’s a pricing error, or we suspect fraud). Any payments taken will be refunded if we cancel.

 

  • If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.


 

6. Delivery

 

  • We deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates (and any other locations listed at checkout).

 

  • Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees.

 

  • Risk in the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provide.


 

7. Returns & Refunds

 

  • Our Return Policy explains:
    • How long you have to return an item
    • The condition items must be in
    • When you pay return shipping and when we do

 

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

  • We may reduce the refund where the product has been used or damaged beyond what was described when you bought it.


 

8. Authenticity of Golf Clubs

 

  • We use our industry knowledge and checks to sell only genuine clubs.

 

  • Because products are pre-owned, each item is graded individually. The grade reflects cosmetic wear and overall condition of head, shaft and grip.

 

  • If you believe a club is not as described or have concerns about authenticity, contact us within 14 days of purchase with evidence and we will investigate.


 

9. Our Responsibility to You (Limitation of Liability)

 

  • We aim to ensure the website and products are described correctly, but we do not guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

 

  • To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for:
    • loss of profit, revenue, business or data; or
    • any indirect or consequential losses.

 

  • Our total liability for any claim connected with your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question, unless UAE law requires more.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

All content on this site (logos, images, text, layout) is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.


 

11. Governing Law & Disputes

 

These Terms and any purchases made through our website are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

 

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that purchase.
